  • Every moment we have the opportunity and choice to do something. It depends on oneself whether this is

    • contributing to the negative of the world

  • Example

    • Watching a movie to entertain oneself over studying, practicing virtues, helping others

    • Playing a sports to enjoy oneself and connect with others over earning money and donating that to those in need
